This Privacy Policy explains how Isha Grewal, Mortgage Agent Level 2, operating under Mortgage Alliance (FSRA Brokerage Licence #10530) (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. We collect personal information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email, and the details you share about your mortgage needs through our forms, calls, or messages. To arrange a mortgage we may later collect financial information (income, employment, assets, debts, credit history, and property details). We also automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP address, device/browser type, and pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess your mortgage options, submit applications to lenders on your behalf with your consent, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services and website. For a mortgage application, we obtain your express consent (including for credit checks) before sharing your information with lenders.
